MRC 60 Agentic Tools Marketplace — list MCP servers, agentic functions, and datasets on-chain. Each listing is a permanent on-chain record with a metadata URI, category tags, and an end-user price-per-call. The 1 MOR listing fee goes to the Hypnex Labs treasury.

Pre-paid escrow + per-call settlement is live (since 2026-05-09). Agents deposit MOR per tool; tool servers post signed receipts to relayer.hypnex.xyz; on-chain settle() debits at callCount × pricePerCallWei with 90% to the tool owner / 10% Hypnex protocol fee (admin-settable, hard-capped at 20% in the contract). Agents have a 24h-delayed self-custody exit so funds can never be trapped.
